
Well, we also have our egg bens. hehe...
Alyssa saw the photos of our CBTL breakfast and said,"Ben eggs mommy!!!"
And she wanted to make some for their afternoon snacks.
I was just about to slice up the English muffins when I suddenly remembered a cousin mentioning multi-grain bagel. Well, I couldn't possibly use a bagel here but multi-grain would be the greatest! Thankfully there's a supermarket one jeepney ride away from our place. Was gone in 10minutes flat to get some multi-grain buns.

If I were to follow the original recipe of egg benedicts my heart would surely be running wild now with all them butter! But I love Hollandaise sauce! Just easy on the butter. I don't even put butter on the buns anymore. I like the sauce thick to dry everything on the outside.
Yep, poaching egg is the tricky part. I havent actually mastered that one. Pressure was on me while Alyssa was cheering me on! hahahaha...
But viola! We did our egg bens good!!!
