You can exhale now...this hasn't turned into a food blog either. HAHAHAH...nor am I aspiring to be the world's greatest chef, or just a chef for that matter. The truth is, I don't cook that much. Although I have to say I do have the desire and passion when I see a good recipe for my kids.
Tssssarrraaaaaannnggggg!
A spaghetti omelet!!!
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!
Ava found it in the book so we decided it was going to be our Saturday lunch.
Little miss chef Alyssa helped out of course. She has almost gotten the hang of breaking eggs gently, hehehe.
Made just like any other omelet. And as usual, I cheated on the butter that I mixed with the pasta coz the same couldnt be done when I cooked everything on the pan. That's where the butter should be "generous" or else it would be too hard to make the crust. Tricky part was flipping it. I needed help. Flipping the pan was absolutely out of the question. We had to transfer the pasta to another 'buttered' pan to do the other side. It turned out pretty well!
And delicious too!
Crusty outside and creamy inside. But not too creamy, there's no milk in it. Just butter, eggs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and your pasta. Just remember not to go overboard with the pasta though. The egg mixture should be more than your pasta. Mix and cook in portions.

Viola!!! My girls love it!
Bon Apetite!
Thank YOU for our food.
