I got the Christmas holiday day (long and wavy), the spring hair (short) and introducing my summer hair (really short). ahihihi...
It's just way too hot this summer I needed a change.
Let me share with you how it went at the salon:

Korean stylist: "You have beautiful face (ehem, I, thank you). You are fashionable your dress. I dont             understand why you don't have nice hair"
(Luckily, I did not take offense. Indeed my hair was just not up to par)
He went on..."I give you perfect haircut for your head and face. I make you 20 years old today."

Hahahaha! One cool dude I should say. And I'm glad I trusted him. I love how the Koreans and Singaporeans do short hair. It may not be a wash and wear kinda of style (I don't have that shiny straight hair) but it doesn't take that much of a fuss to make either. It the help of a conditioner, it gets fluffy by itself.
See you around friends!

Yep, in this keratin-treated smoothly combed look hairstyle world of today I just cut my hair (without that much of care actually). Channeling Kate Jackson of Charlie's Angels I believe. Oh, I love her, believe me. My hairstyle may not be of standards of today, but then again, what is? But I love it just the same. Frizz and all.

So ok, I need to tame the extreme frizz that happens now and then. This product works wonders. The hair color of this brand is the only one I trust also.
Well, I'm good to go. Not much fuss on the hair now!

Haven't realized my hair has grown long. I had been keeping tied in ponytail the past months. Today it was a big hair day. When I woke up, little kid says, "Mama, you're a lion king". One look at the mirror indeed revealed she was telling the truth.
So I made lemonade with lemons. Got my other daughter's diamond ribbon headband (we seem to be collecting them...) and viola!
Big hair! And I love it!
One go with the hair brush and I was off to today's errands...

So officially it is back to my natural hair texture. A little, ehem, lots of, help from bestfriend anti-frizz serum, of course.

For years I had been on a hunt for the perfect hairbrush for my little curly Sue. Ok, ok, my daughter's name isn't Sue. hehehe. I opted, close to 3 years or so, NOT to let a hairbrush touch her hair coz it clearly "destroyed" the twirls. Static and tangles were big problems. A big toothed comb did the job well but it just wouldn't give out the shine.
ACCA KAPPA.
It launched recently in the Philippines and it was love at first sight for me and girls. We love it's clean line. Sleek. The different sizes also made them handy for my 4 and 7-year-old hands.
7-year-old chose the lime green color of the Bioceta line. It's pneumatic and biodegradable.

4-year-old chose a similarly small one from the Professional line. With its signature Kotibe wood, it is very very light.

Heat resistant nylon rounded tips. No ouchy feeling there for them delicate scalps. You will also see the shape of the natural rubber cushion is specific. It allows pressure to be absorbed and evenly distributed on the scalp.

The Bioceta likewise has rounded pins. Handle is made of biodegradable cellulose acetate (disintegrates like an oak leaf) and transparent.

Perfect.

Yey! We just love our Acca Kappa brushes!!!
Hmm let's start the 100 brush strokes every night now, shall we?
1,2,3,4,5...
hehehe.

Thank you too the readers who have emailed me privately! I love you too!
Yes, as I have randomly mentioned in my new "Korean" hairdo, it is my birthday today.

I dashed from one errand to another on this rainy natal day of mine, capped it with Japanese lunch with husband (it is HIS BIRTHDAY TOO you know...hehehe, cool ha?)
When I came home kiddos insisted I wear the toy crown coz I am queen birthday mom.
I love them little girls of ours!!!
It was just too cute it screamed photo shoot!

I PLAY with my hair. Regardless of season...length, color or whatchagots. Ahihihi...
Philosophy is...it will just grow back. Just be careful. HAHAHAHA
Yey! This afternoon, my new haircut debuts!
I call it my Korean look. HAHAHAHAHA!
It was the simplest no-brainer haircut ever.
Do-it-yourself kinda thing, actually. Yezzz, the NANNY DID IT!
Coupled with a curling iron...VIOLA!!!
Of course it takes time to style. But I LOVE IT!!!

Happy new hair!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

Thank YOU Boss for the guidance.

Wearing my PLAY shirt coz I was in the play mode!!! With my hair!
I love to play with my hair. Cut it every so often. Curl, straight, long, short, whatever my mode desires. But the past year after Ive had it straightened I have completely "forgotten" about it as it being chemically treated, it didnt need much attention and care. hehehe. Finally yesterday I looked at it for the longest time in the mirror and decided it was time for change. Big or small, didnt matter. Just some really quick change...before my afternoon appointments. hehehe

So off to my favorite Koreans I hopped. Love them!!! Quick, graceful and courteous.

Love my carefree simply style that I decided it screamed photoshoot. hehehe...
(And finally used the camera remote)
