Let me call this entry "Snippets". From conversations I've had during the past month. Yes, it should be noted that these were just from one month worth of conversation.

Chapter I

Czarina (neice): "Tita (sweetly smiles), boy or girl?"
Me: "Huh? Anu boy or girl?"
(What boy or girl?)
Czarina: "Baby mo tita, boy or girl"(touches my tummy)
(Your baby, boy or girl?)


Chapter II

Nang Welia (sister of Nong Oca): I'm happy that Ati is pregnant again." (to Nang Cynch)


Chapter III

Bebet (cousin):"Basi gid bala may bata na sa sulod, Ati."
(Maybe there is indeed a baby inside.)
Chapter IV

Mommy (in-Law):"Sin-o bisita ta da?"
(Who's our visitor?)
Help: "Di-in dhay?"
(Which one?)
Mommy: "In-a o, ang tambok."
(The fat one.)


Chapter IV

Allyson (teener): "Fat? Oh, I thought she was really pregnant."


HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Pure laugh trip. And a sure sign that IT IS INDEED time to lose all these extra pounds that have mysteriously stacked themselves inside me. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
