It is every sticker that the kids have gotten from every loot bag from every party they have ever attended the past 5 years! It's our Wall.
Dont you just love the happy faces of them kiddos when they pull out a sticker sheet from a party loot bag? Well, they gotta stick them somewhere somehow. I did buy a sticker book. But the kids think it's just boring for them to stick them stickers unto another sheet.
5 years ago, when Alyssa has started learning to stand and climb she had started sticking them cute little colorful thingies on the wall while my back was turned. Told her to stop coz it would make our wall dirty. She kept on sticking them anyway. Even on other surfaces of the house. So finally decided that this particular green wall would be the sticker wall. And when it was Ava's turn to learn to stick them up the number of colorful stickies more than doubled in number. Even the masks from a fastfood joint is there. It's cool actually.
Last week, I realized it is not just a designated sticker wall. It shows how my kids have grown. Years ago, the stickers were all clustered on the lowest portion. But there's another cluster about a foot above it. And another one above. Until I could see another cluster way above on the wall. It clearly shows how my girls have grown. Now being able to reach high.
And a little below that cluster of sticker a foot apart is always another line. It's Ava's. Hehehe. So cute. The little sister is catching up.
