Ok ok, so he plays cool guitars. His songs...hmmm, touching. And rumors have it that he has some bit of issues in that music guitar genius. So ok, ok, understatement of the year. John Mayer held a concert in Manila last week. Heard from the grape vine he wasn't at all the Mr. Congeniality...not that we ever thought he is. More like Mr. Destroyer!!!
He wasn't at all nice to hotel staff and such. And worse, he reported trashed the Presidential Suite at the Edsa Shangrila hotel. One of the swankiest place in the country. WHY? Furnitures and fixtures were destroyed. The suite had to be temporarily closed for repairs. Well, I'm no medical experts but in my book, people who do that, rockstars or not...have some screws loosened in the head.

Took the kids to Manila Ocean Park at Roxas Blvd for a morning of fun with the fishes!!!
They have been asking for this trip since they saw it on tv. Finally we went last Saturday.




We have never seen a live stingray ever before so it kinda stoked us!

A visit to Manila wouldn't be complete without going to Divisoria. Many many many wonderful bargains you can find there. Yepeeeey!!! Our shopping bags were full to the rim!
After a brief breakfast meeting as soon as we landed we all went about our errands, capping the day with a late dinner at Frances' house! It was raining cats and dogs but we forgot all about that as soon as we sat on the table!!!
