Ok, delayed spring cleaning. Guilty.
I love scarves. Friends give me scarves from everywhere ( I ask from vacationing friends and I pay of course).

I love any type. Although as you can see, I favor fringes...

With limited closet space, I needed to be creative as to where to store them. The silk ones go folded and laid flat in a box. The non-silk are rolled...

...and I use as stuffings of the more delicate (fabric) bags. Totally useful! Storage plus they keep the bag in shape.

Viola!

Cool ha?

I would like to share with you another of my father's collection now in my possession. He loved his Parker pens. He would give us Parker for all occasions and most of the time had our names engraved on it.
This I'm guessing is one of his oldest.

He loved the slim ones. My favorites are the Classic Sterling (left) and Classic Imperial from 1978 (right).

I am using this. The Classic Flighter GT, a Classic Lady.

And the sterling silver Parker 75. It is distinctive with its cut grid pattern. A very special pen for me as my mother has a matching pen. The Parker 75 commemorated the 75th year anniversary of the company.

Beautiful.

Here are the new addition to the bracelet collections. The two above are from Singapore.

This one is from Malaysia. (Ehem, resting on my new scarf from Singapore)

So you know me, I collect bracelets. Months ago I posted them all on this blog. Their own entry. hehe. Every new country we go to, we always buy good luck/evil eye bracelets. What I have not shown or told people often is that I have slowly "diversified" to collecting cocktail rings. You can still catch me wearing my trusty and inherited pearl rings but to most casual events or on just an afternoon about town, I wear my cocktails. Rings. For the past 2 years I have collected a few.

Yes, I love them heavy and chunky. They don't have to expensive really. But I favor good workmanship. In fact, most of these are Cebu made...

(Mr. Mcfly came from Singapore)

(...and the red red rose)

The cyan shade and a surprising color of red in the middle of them petals caught my heart.

Simple, yet elegant. This would be cheapest of the bunch. Got it from a bazaar.

Love the way they look so...classic.
