On the bus coming from Ocean Park I was at awe. After all those mountains this curve stretch of a road brings us back closer to the concrete jungle of Hong Kong...

We got off the same station and exit at Admiralty. Good thing coz we were going to meet a friend at Bank of China Tower. A good walk across the other side.

Very cool how there are walk bridges for the pedestrians, eliminating the number of people crossing the busy roads below...

As long as you dutifully watch out for signs and directions you would never get lost.

Bank of China Tower.
One of the Hong Kong's most recognizable landmark. Yep, it's the one with the crisscross. Seen it on countless postcards and photos just about everywhere, finally we are going in and up...

Behold! The view from the 43rd floor...
(across is the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Kowloon, officially the tallest hotel in the world.)

My friend Gina. We used to work together. Then 15 years ago she packed up and left for Hong Kong. Keeping in touch thru social network sites, text messages or emails are just no match to being able to hug and talk face to face.

She gets off at 6pm, we decided we'd wait for her at Starbucks on the ground floor. Of course, I had to buy this...

Before we headed to Tsing Yi for dinner, Gina took us to the Toys Club, a hole in the wall kinda place. But boy! The toys are amazing! Yep this is Wynham Road, the uphill downhill streets we went to last year...

Finally Tsing Yi, the place right before Sunny Bay (interchange station to Disneyland Resort). Had a very delicious Chinese dinner.

Then it's back to Tung Chung (2 stations away) to finish packing and catch the midnight flight back home for Valentine's Day with the kids...

What a beautiful cold chilly vacation in Hong Kong! We just love the cold. Until next year..!!!

Thank YOu Boss.
I prayed for a whole lot of stuff with this trip. And You answered each and every one of them.
Thank You!
