Phone rings, I reach for it without taking my eyes off the computer.
I cringed at the rubbery thingy my hand fell on!!!
Sat up with a start and almost threw away the Blackberry!!!

It's the rubber bat the kiddos were playing with earlier. They had put it on top of my phone.
