It was just suppose to be yet another storm.
And then it wasnt...
By mid morning today news had been talking about terrible flooding all around Manila... Luzon!!! The whole region under in the state of calamity!
So heart breaking to see helpless people with their heads bobbing on neck high water!
A friend just called to say she is stranded in a convention center along with hundreds of strangers with food running out.
