Eve of Halloween. Everyone's out partying. Simply everyone. Lucky for us here in Cebu, traffic would not be as terrifying. Well, took the big black fly of a ring out for dinner at this swanky restaurant near our place. Lo and behold they have raised their price. Well, I wanted to have dinner there so be it. hehehe...
As always...I love my cheeses...


This...well, It was too big. But still it was delicious. Just waaayyy to big.

and tssarraaaangggggg for dessert I favored the deliciously made crepe with mango slices, choco sauce and vanilla ice cream on top!!!

I've always loved this place. Prices has gone up but well, ok, still the ambiance suits me fine. While stuffing myself with their wide array of international cuisine buffet. Although for Php1,217 (nett), I would also want to make some suggestions...the scallops are just way too big, it takes out the art in eating it and craving for more. Put more cheese please. Get another pastry chef. All 5 different cakes have started to taste the same. Some food are a little bit on the oily side...
That said, I still love you and will be back someday. Afterall, Php1,217 for dinner is not easy to come by. Not for me, at least. hehehe...

My friend Clayton just set up this beautiful and amazing display of miniature Christmas Village. For 6 days he toiled to get this white wonderland to perfection. And I believe he did it!!! Isn't it amazing? He took his 15-year collection out of his home and brought it out to the world for everyone to enjoy. Cool!!!

At Marco Polo Hotel lobby in Busay, Cebu you will see an amazing display of miniature Christmas Village done by Clayton Tugonon. And of course, what would a white winterland be without a train ha? It's the POLAR EXPRESS train!!! Hehehehe it sure amazed my kids! Alyssa wanted to see what the passengers inside look like. hahahaha

The Train of Hope will be officially lit up tomorrow, November 28, at 6.30 in the evening at the Marco Polo Hotel lobby lounge. Of course we will not miss it!!! One can "adopt" a house. For the mere sum of P5,000 one can have his name tagged on a house. Your choice! Every single cent raised will go to the Kyth Foundation of Perpetual Succour Hospital. This is to help the indigent children who are suffering from cancer. Even their transportation fare to get to their chemotherapy sessions are paid for by the foundation. It tugs at my heart really. Beautiful isn't it? You must go and see!!! My kids couldn't help but gasp. I felt like a little kid again. Hehehehe
