WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Have you been watching? I know, I know, like we are one full season late here in the Philippines but hey, it's totally legal to watch the whole first season on line. I've watched season 1 twice already. I just love it! GLEE Bunch of high school kids who has got magic in those lungs fighting for their club in school, Glee Club. With the help and pushing from the handsome and appealing Mr. Schuester (Mr. Schu). Crushing much?! Me and the rest of the world! And their posters are cute too. My most fave? It's got to be Tina, the Asian. She's not the captain, more like the understudy #2, next to Mercedes, who's got that Mariah thing going on in her. I love love them!!! It must be the picture too. Red background, blue nails...PERFECT!!! At the finale of the first season, she gets her chance to belt it out covering Cyndi Lauper's "True Color":
I have a lot of favorites in the show. One of the many many things I love about it is that the high school kids, dress and act like...hmmm...high school kids! So ok, Tina and Mercedes may have their heavy eye shadows and unique style of dressing but still one still takes comfort they are just innocent teen-agers, true to themselves and trying to fit in. Have I told you about Kurt? Yep, his gay. I can say gay right? After all, this is my blog. HAHAHAHA! Yep, he taught the football team to dance to "Single Ladies" and brought them to victory. So ok ok, too much fantasy there. But hey, it was cool to watch. His dad? Bow. He takes his son's "gay-ness" like a man. No hoopla, no drama, he accepts that Kurt is gay. Oh well, he has known that since Kurt asked for a pair of sensible heels for his 3rd birthday. Hehehehe. Arrrrrggggg, Teri...Mrs. Schuester. Yep, no honey, faking a pregnancy, will not give you the world. Can you say SUE SYLVESTER??? The lady cracks me up!!! Love her one-liners. Hate her!!! But I love her! The evil conniving villain. hehehe For some tear-jerking moments...behold:
Huhuhuhu... Season 1 done. Of course, they won the Sectionals. You kidding me? They were super!!! Lee Michele, you are precious love.
Bow. WAIT!!! Don't you just love it when the score is a fast upbeat one and the characters move/run in slo mo? That's always a one hundred percent nail it down to perfection formula in movies. I love it when Mr. Schu runs after Emma, the school councilor. I didn't see that coming though. In the middle of the song I thought I spied Mr. Schu's expression change, there I knew the formula was about to happen. HAHAHAHAHA Although for a more effective impact, I wished he didn't kiss Emma in the end though. They just should have stood there arm in arm, looking into each others' eyes. Or maybe, they just stood about a feet apart. That would have made a more cruel ending for us Gleeks. HAHAHAHAHA How is it possible for April to still be 2 whole months away??!!! SEASON 2 please! Heard there's a lot of stuff going on for season 2. Mr. Schu even gets a new love interest. hehehe
