1.2 miles swim, 56 miles bike and 13.1 miles run...makes an IronMan!
Congratulations is surely in order to them men and women (and them cute IronKids) who braved the demons and scorching heat of the sun!

This is not the easiest feat. It is the ULTIMATE test of mind, body and SOUL!
Try doing 1.9 k swim, 90 k bike, and 21 k run.
Try doing it in 4 hours, 39 minutes and 33 seconds!
In scorching heat of the tropics!!!
So very proud of Cebu's own Nonoy Jopson! There was actually no doubt about him finishing with a big bang! He loves doing it. And we LOVE IT! HAHAHAHA go NOY!!!
The very second you get to know Noy you will indeed be taken in with his ever cheerful and ever contagious dancing spirit.
But when he gets seriously down and dirty for a race, he is definitely The MAN!!!
